Your engraving plates are typically stapled to the back of your packing slip to help prevent them from being lost or damaged during shipping. Be sure to check the back of the packing slip included in your package before reaching out to support.

Didn’t Receive Your Engravings?

If your engravings are not attached to the packing slip, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. In most cases, engravings ship together with your order, but there are some exceptions.

Orders Placed Through Amazon or Etsy

If your order was placed through Amazon or Etsy, your engravings may ship separately from your trophy or hardware.

Important Information About Blank Engravings

If engraving information was not entered at checkout, blank engraving plates will not be included with your order.

TrophySmack does not automatically provide blank engravings for future winners, but they can be purchased separately through our website.
