Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund on *non-custom* products, all returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All return requests must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this timeframe will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as TrophySmack does not provide prepaid return labels.


Custom Product Policy

Because custom products are made specifically for your order, they are non-refundable for issues caused during the customization process, including:

  • Misspellings or incorrect text entered during the design process
  • Incorrect colors selected
  • Incorrect logos or uploaded photos
  • Any other customer-submitted design errors

Additionally, products that have been modified or altered by the customer after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
