I did not receive my engravings. Where are they?Updated a month ago

Check your packing slip as your engravings will be stapled to the back to ensure that they are not lost or damaged in transit. 

If your engravings are not attached to the back of your packing slip, please allow 3-5 days for production plus shipping time for engravings.

Typically, engravings ship together with your order. On rare occasions if you are purchasing from Amazon or Etsy, your engravings will ship separately from your hardware.
