Damage, Defective, or Incorrect ProductsUpdated a month ago

At TrophySmack, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Customers must contact our Support team within 14 days of the delivery date to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product and packaging

Once reviewed, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that result from the manufacturing process are not considered defects.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
