What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Is Missing?
If your order arrives damaged, please submit a claim through the self-service panel on our homepage or email us at [email protected] with photos and details of the damage.
*In some cases, for minor cosmetic issues such as small paint scrapes, we may be able to provide touch-up paint instead of a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TrophySmack is not liable for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate and file a claim on your package.
Orders with Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection was purchased with your order and your package has been marked as delivered but is lost, missing, or stolen, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information. Claims submitted after the 14 day period may not be eligible for coverage.
