If your order arrives damaged, you can use the self-service panel on our homepage, or email us at [email protected] with the details. If the damage is minimal, such as scraped paint, we may have the option of sending touch-up paint.

Please Note: TrophySmack is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
